 Cardites floridanus Conrad, 1838, Broad-ribbed Cardita   (Previously Carditamera floridana)

Rusty commented on the LTS forum:

They are abundant on gulf side and as fossils on Atlantic side. From my experience on treasure coast they are very localized so far I have only found them on one beach in south Hutchison island as common. The subspecies there tend to be more intense colored and smaller in size than gulf subspecies.
