Way 1
Click on icon above.
Scroll down to "Access the database here" and click.
Type in name of shell.
Select "Any"
Click on search icon.
List of records will appear.
Click on "Images" to see photos in database.
There are multiple ways to access the BMNSM databases of shells.
Way 2 (fast and easy) INCREDIBLE!!
Click on adjacent icon.
In the "Quick Search" box in the "Taxon" field put name of shell.
Click on "Search."
If there are records under that name, table will appear.
List will show records with photos.
To limit search results click on "Advanced Search this Collection" at bottom of page.
Type in shell name in "Taxon" box.
Select from list below (i.e., "Locality") and fill in the fields you want.
Use the "Collections" criteria to find list of other institutions with their databases on InvertEBase.
