White Florida Bivalves Illustrated on LTS

The photos in the following galleries are to aid you in making an ID or point you to the genera of similar shells. Go to the forum "Discussion/presentation at the species level - Bivalves" to find the expanded presentation with more photos and descriptive information. These slides are drawn from the presentations and span many years. It is impossible for me to update the presentations to keep current with name changes. So it is strongly suggested that before you create data slips you search the names used on these slides in the WoRMS data base to ascertain current consensus opinion on naming.
