7/26/17: A recent revision of the Bursa granularis species complex by Sanders et al.* makes Bursa granularis an Indo-Pacific species and elevates the western Atlantic/Caribbean species Bursa granularis cubaniana (d'Orbigny, 1842) to a distinct species; Bursa cubaniana (d'Orbigny, 1842).
